Can I cancel or switch my plan anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you will keep your premium access until the end of your billing cycle.
How do the daily AI generation limits work?
Each AI action (generating a summary, explanation, custom quiz, practice questions, or flashcard deck) counts as 1 generation. Limits reset every 24 hours at midnight. Student gets 50/day (~1,500/month) and Pro gets 150/day (~4,500/month).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Nigerian bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve), Bank Transfers, USSD, and Mobile Money powered securely by Paystack.
Can my university or department pay for students?
Yes! We offer customized institutional campus licensing with a dedicated School Portal, faculty analytics, and bulk discounts. Contact us at support@qwistra.com to set up your campus.
What happens to my flashcards if I downgrade to Free?
All your flashcards, notes, and study history are permanently saved and remain accessible for daily spaced repetition review.
