The agreement between you and Bit4orge Solutions Limited for using Qwistra.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Qwistra, operated by Bit4orge Solutions Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Qwistra.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and tell us promptly at support@qwistra.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be old enough to hold an account under the law of your country, or have your school or guardian act on your behalf.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your material, process it to generate summaries, flashcards and quizzes, and display it back to you.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use, or content that is unlawful.
Qwistra uses AI to generate study material from your content. AI output can be wrong. Summaries, flashcards, quiz questions and tutor explanations may contain errors or omissions, and must not be relied on as a sole source of truth — particularly for exams, assessment or professional decisions. Always check generated material against your original sources.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Where a school registers on Qwistra, the person registering confirms they are authorised to act for that school.
Students who join a school by redeeming an invitation code do so under a school-controlled model: the school's administrators can see their learning activity, and can suspend or restore their access. Students cannot remove themselves from a school from within the app — that is handled by the school. This is disclosed and consented to at the point of joining.
Schools are responsible for their own use of student data, and for any consents required under local law.
Some features are offered on paid plans. School subscriptions are billed through Paystack; by subscribing you also accept Paystack's terms for the payment itself. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change affects an existing subscription.
Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law.
We work to keep Qwistra available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable.
You may stop using Qwistra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or where we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
Qwistra is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and give notice in the app where the change is material. Continuing to use Qwistra after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bit4orge Solutions Limited is incorporated, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
